Algol School of Management and Technology offers Industry Integrated programme to its students which is a landmark achievement in the field of management studies and is completely different from the traditional management education.

We, at Algol, believe no one has ever become a management expert in the classroom, but in the fiercly competitive corporate arena. In the industry integrated training programme, our students take up training in top corporates of their desired specialization for 5 days in a week as hands-on employee under the guidance of an internal guide from the Institute & an External guide from the industry. The duration of the on-the-job-training with stipend for MBA and BBA students is 1 year and 11/2 year respectively. The on-the-job-training with top corporates prepares our students as a management qualified trained & experienced candidate.
